Using a Gmail account to send e-mail requires SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), a new feature introduced in PDF-eXPLODE Version 2. This Tech Tip explains how to configure PDF-eXPLODE settings to work with Gmail.

Sender Name | Gmail replaces the e-mail address specified in PDF-eXPLODE Sender Name with your Gmail address. Gmail's custom 'From:' feature lets you use Gmail to send messages with another of your email addresses listed as the sender in place of your Gmail address. To access this feature in Gmail, log into your Gmail account and select Settings and then select Accounts and set Send mail as: to your desired e-mail account. |

Sign-on Username | Enter your Gmail username (including @gmail.com). Google Apps users, enter your full address in the format username@your_domain.com |
